The firmware API defined in the header files didn't match the structure that are actually passed by the firmware. The impact could be a decision for MIMO in Tx or Rx in coex scenarios. Apart from DVM, all firmware uses the same base API, and there's code outside iwlmvm that needs to interact with it. Reflect this in the source better and reorganize the firmware API to a new fw/api/ directory. While at it, split the already pretty large fw-api.h file into a number of smaller files, going from almost 3k lines in there to a maximum number of lines less than 1k. The max station define is used also for invalid station marking which makes finding usages of actual maximum station pretty hard to sort through - change it to be a different define in order to make future changes easier. When there's a bt-wifi contention that requires arbitration, we use a priority-based mechanism to decide which comm wins. Over time, use cases become more and more complex, with multiple concurrent active links with different traffic types and different QoS requirements, on both WiFi and BT sides. This, in turn, requires us to elaborate our prioritization mechanism. However, our legacy products included hw that does not supports this, so selectively enable this on specific hw - as signaled by the firmware. Currently, loading the firmware fails when it has higher API or CAPA bits than the driver supports. That's an issue with integration. At the same time, actually using api[0] and capa[0] will become confusing when we also have api[1] and capa[1], and it's almost certain that we'll mix up the bits and use the bits for api[1] with api[0] by accident. Avoid all this by translating the API/CAPA bits to the regular kernel test_bit() format, and also providing wrapper functions. Also use the __bitwise__ facility of sparse to check that we're testing the right one. The commit below introduced an unsafe dereference of mvmvif->phy_ctxt. It can be NULL even if we hold the mutex. We can be handling a BT Coex notification while the vif has already been unassigned. This can happen since the BT Coex notification is hanled asynchronuously: we can have started to handle the BT Coex notification trying to acquire the mutex while the unassign flow already got it. The BT Coex notification handling will wait for the mutext. I'll get it later, but then mvmvif->phy_ctxt will be NULL.
