We can copy the data directly to and from sg for SATA PIO read operations.
There is no reason to involve the hardware SGL. In the process we also need
to kmap the sg because we don't know where that can come from.

We also do to not call phys_to_virt(). The driver already has the information.
We can just calculcate the appropriate offets.

Intel WiFi devices 3945 and 4965 now have their own driver in the folder

	drivers/net/wireless/iwlegacy

Add support to build these drivers independently of the driver for
AGN devices. Selecting the 3945 builds iwl3945.ko and iwl_legacy.ko,
and selecting the 4965 builds iwl4965.ko and iwl_legacy.ko. iwl-legacy.ko
contains code shared between both devices.

The 3945 is an ABG/BG device, with no support for 802.11n. The 4965 is a 2x3
ABGN device.

This patch removes the possibility not to compile the run time
calibrations. It also renames priv->sensitivity_work to
priv->run_time_calib_work, and moves bg_run_time_calib to iwl4965_base
since it is common to both: 4965 and 5000.

This patch does several things:

1) rename CONFIG_IWL4965_SENSITIVITY to IWL4965_RUN_TIME_CALIB which is
   better semantic
2) move all the run time calibration to a new file: iwl-calib.c
3) simplify the sensitivity calibration flow and make it HW dependent
4) make the chain noise calibration flow HW dependent

This patch introduces struct iwl_cfg. struct iwl_cfg defines static
configuration for each device type and sku. It is passed as driver_data
to the bus probe function.
This patch also introduce new common header file iwl-core.h
which will represent core functionality of iwlwifi driver

3945ABG uses separate iwl-3945-dev.h header file for now
