TV standards make no sense for webcam drivers, so drop these dummy
functions. This stops v4l2-compliance from complaining about this.

Support the new 'which' field in the enum_frame_interval ops. Most drivers do not
need to be changed since they always returns the same enumeration regardless
of the 'which' field.

Tested for ov7670 and marvell-ccic on a OLPC XO-1 laptop.

The debug field in struct video_device is for internal use only and
drivers should mix that with their own debug module options.

It is handled by the V4L2 core and users can set it using
/sys/class/video4linux/<devX>/debug.

It has been deprecated for some time now, so it is time to remove it
completely from the drivers.

This patch drops driver specific wait_prepare() and
wait_finish() callbacks from vb2_ops and instead uses
the the helpers vb2_ops_wait_prepare/finish() provided
by the vb2 core, the lock member of the queue needs
to be initalized to a mutex so that vb2 helpers
vb2_ops_wait_prepare/finish() can make use of it.

This moves dma_(un)map_sg to the get_userptr/put_userptr and alloc/put
memops of videobuf2-dma-sg.c and adds dma_sync_sg_for_device/cpu to the
prepare/finish memops.

Now that vb2-dma-sg will sync the buffers for you in the prepare/finish
memops we can drop that from the drivers that use dma-sg.

For the solo6x10 driver that was a bit more involved because it needs to
copy JPEG or MPEG headers to the buffer before returning it to userspace,
and that cannot be done in the old place since the buffer there is still
setup for DMA access, not for CPU access. However, the buf_finish
op is the ideal place to do this. By the time buf_finish is called
the buffer is available for CPU access, so copying to the buffer is fine.

moved media bus definition to include/uapi/linux/media-bus-format.h and
prefixed values with MEDIA_BUS_FMT instead of V4L2_MBUS_FMT.

Reference new definitions in all platform drivers.

The vb2 core ignores any return code from the stop_streaming op.
And there really isn't anything it can do anyway in case of an error.
So change the return type to void and update any drivers that implement it.

The int return gave drivers the idea that this operation could actually
fail, but that's really not the case.

The pwc amd sdr-msi3101 drivers both had this construction:

        if (mutex_lock_interruptible(&s->v4l2_lock))
                return -ERESTARTSYS;

This has been updated to just call mutex_lock(). The stop_streaming op
expects this to really stop streaming and I very much doubt this will
work reliably if stop_streaming just returns without really stopping the
DMA.

Replace the private struct vb2_dma_sg_desc with the struct sg_table so
we can benefit from all the helping functions in lib/scatterlist.c for
things like allocating the sg or compacting the descriptor.

This patch adds the SOFx/EOFx pair check for marvell-ccic.
When switching format, the last EOF may not arrive when stop streamning.
And the EOF will be detected in the next start streaming.
Must ensure clear the left over frame flags before every really start streaming.

There is only one frame known to the DMA engine in scatter/gather mode, but
it still tells us that any or all of frames 1-3 are done at each completion
interrupt.  Avoid the creation of junk frames by being sure to only
"complete" one on each interrupt.

I had learned through hard experience that dinking around with the DMA
descriptors while the C1_DESC_ENA enable bit was set is a recipe for all
kinds of truly malicious behavior on the hardware's part, regardless of
whether the DMA engine is actually operating at the time.  That
notwithstanding, the driver did so dink, resulting in "green frame"
captures and the death of the system in random, spectacular ways.

Move the tweaking of C1_DESC_ENA to the same function that sets the
descriptor so we know that we'll never try to set a descriptor while that
bit is set.

Experience shows that, on the Armada platform, it can take as much as 120ms
for the DMA engine to actually shut down after it has been told to.  So a
40ms timeout is not adequate; use 150ms instead.  Also make sure we don't
leave the DMA_ACTIVE flag set once things are down.

The marvell cam driver retained just enough of the owner-tracking logic
from cafe_ccic to be broken; it could, conceivably, cause the driver to
release DMA memory while the controller is still active.  Simply remove the
remaining pieces and ensure that the controller is stopped before we free
things.

The controller stop/restart logic could possibly restart DMA after the

module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int.  In
fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy
trick.

It's time to remove the int/unsigned int option.  For this version
it'll simply give a warning, but it'll break next kernel version.

This patch changes the order of operations during stream on call. Now the
buffers are first queued to the driver and then the start_streaming method
is called.

This resolves the most common case when the driver needs to know buffer
addresses to enable dma engine and start streaming. Additional parameter
to start_streaming method have been added to simplify drivers code. The
driver are now obliged to check if the number of queued buffers is high
enough to enable hardware streaming. If not - it can return an error. In
such case all the buffers that have been pre-queued are invalidated.

This patch also updates all videobuf2 clients to work properly with the
changed order of operations.

Use the correct 'dma_addr' name for the buffer address. 'paddr' suggested
that this is the physical address in system memory. For most ARM platforms
these two are the same, but this is not a generic rule. 'dma_addr' will
also point better to dma-mapping api.
