Adding support for the Hauppauge HVR2255 and Hauppauge HVR2205
PCIe cards. Digital TV for DVB-T and ATSC/US-Cable is known to
work. Support for analog RF tuners does not work due to
a lack of analog support in the upstream SI2157 driver.

This patch removes the null test on dvb. dvb is initialized at the
beginning of the function to &port->dvb. Since port is dereferenced
prior to the null test, port must be a valid pointer, and
&port->dvb cannot be null.

support.

This patch fixes the warning "Using plain integer as NULL pointer",
generated by sparse, by replacing
	if (var == 0)
with
	if (!var)
after an allocation
and all other offending 0s with NULL.

Enable the standby mode optimization to disable the tda18271
slave tuner output / loop thru options when in low power mode
on the slave tuner, only.  The master tuner must always leave
slave tuner output / loop thru enabled.

Ensure that by default all tuners are set correctly to master/slave mode.
For all HVR2250's, ensure slave based tuners are caliberated during attach
to avoid locking problems on tuner# above channel 91.

HVR2200 tuner attach time to be reviewed in a future patch.

This patch adds support for all of the known shipping Hauppauge HVR-2200
and HVR-2250 boards. Digital TV ATSC/QAM and DVB-T is enabled at this
time. Both tuners are supported.

Volatiles and typedefs need rework, the rest is coding style compliant.
