Standarize and document the FPGA nodes used on Freescale QorIQ reference boards. There are different kinds of FPGAs used on the boards, but only two are currently standard: "pixis", "ngpixis", and "qixis". Although there are minor differences among the boards that have one kind of FPGA, most of the functionality is the same, so it makes sense to create common compatibility strings. We also need to update the P1022DS platform file, because the compatible string for its PIXIS node has changed. This means that older kernels are not compatible with newer device trees. This is not a real problem, however, since that particular function doesn't work anyway. When the DIU is active, the PIXIS is in "indirect mode", and so cannot be accessed as a memory-mapped device. This patch adds needed nodes and properties to support suspend/resume on the MPC8610HPCD boards. There is a dedicated switch (SW9) that is used to wake up the boards. By default the SW9 button is routed to IRQ8, but could be re-routed (via PIXIS) to sreset. With 'no_console_suspend' kernel command line argument specified, the board is also able to wakeup upon serial port input. The patch adds bindings for BCSR GPIO banks, the bindings are used to describe particular BCSR registers that act as simple GPIO controllers. These GPIO banks might control power switches, SPI chip-selects, LEDs, etc. While at it, also fix "length" spelling error in the PIXIS FPGA bindings. We don't want to encourage the bogus device_type usage. The device type isn't used in the code, so we can simply remove it from the documentation and dts files. Boards should specify proper compatible entries instead.
