Instead of calling cpu_is_xxx() in clk-pllv1 driver, let's add clk-pllv1
type support to handle the difference/quirk in particular SoC designs.
Doing so will help get clk-pllv1 driver ready for being moved out of
arch/arm/mach-imx folder.

MFN bit 9 on i.MX27 has a different meaning than in other SOCs. This
is a just sign bit. This patch makes different calculation for i.MX27.

It moves a bunch of header files included in hardware.h and itself
from mach-imx/include/mach to mach-imx, and updates users to include
hardware.h rather than mach/hardware.h.  The files in mach-imx/devices
will need to include "../hardware.h".

Rename mach-imx/include/mach/common.h to mach-imx/common.h and update
all users to include common.h rather than mach/common.h.

It also removes an unneeded inclusion to common.h in
mach-imx/devices/devices.c.

The pllv1 is found on i.MX1, i.M25, i.MX27, i.MX31 and i.MX35.
Currently only reading the rate is supported.
