This renames all the local <mach/gpio.h> headers in the S5P platforms to <mach/gpio-samsung.h> indicating a scope local to this platform, and cuts the implicit inclusion of <mach/gpio.h> from <linux/gpio.h> by removing the use of NEED_MACH_GPIO_H from all S5P variants. The number of GPIOs defined for the different S5P platforms using the tricky #define macros are actually as follows: S5P64x0: 180 GPIOs S5PC100: 115 GPIOs S5PV210: 252 GPIOs The include file <asm-generic/gpio.h> will automatically bump us to 256 GPIOs which is a nice default value that happens to encompass all the S5P platform requirements under its roof. Cut ARCH_NR_GPIOS and the custom spacing macro for extra GPIOs that is not used anywhere in the kernel. While <mach/timex.h> isn't used for multi-platform builds since long it still is for "normal" builds. As the previous patches fix all sites to not make use of this per-platform file, it can go now for good also for platforms that are not (yet) converted to multi-platform. While at it there are no users of CLOCK_TICK_RATE any more, so also drop the dummy #define. Signed-off-by: NUwe Kleine-König <u.kleine-koenig@pengutronix.de>

In case there is any board file for S5PV210 platforms using MIPI CSIS/DSIM (not any upstream currently) it should use the generic PHY API to bind the PHYs to respective PHY consumer drivers and a platform device for the PHY provider should be defined. For mach-exynos, uart_base is a pointer and the value is calculated in the machine folder. For other machines, uart_base is defined as a macro in platform directory. For symmetry, the uart_base macro definition is removed and the uart_base calculation is moved to specific machine folders. This would help us consolidating uncompress subroutine for s5p64x0. Remove the now empty arch_reset() from all the mach/system.h includes, and remove its callsite. Remove arm_machine_restart() as this function no longer does anything useful. For samsung platforms, remove the include of mach/system-reset.h and plat/system-reset.h from their respective mach/system.h headers as these just define their arch_reset functions. The GIC PPI and SPI interrupts are relocated to start from 16 and 32 of the linux irq space. This is a required to add device tree support for GIC and Interrupt combiner for EXYNOS4. A new macro 'IRQ_TIMER_BASE' specifies a platform specific base of the linux virq number for the timer interrupts. For exynos4, this base is set to end of the linux virq space.
