There is some bluetooth coexistance data which is driver
specific, stuff that into its own structure.

Oops, a stupid mistake in the original patch which adds coex 3-wire
support. Bluetooth priority gpio needs to be gpio 7.

Initial dump of the otus USB wireless network driver.
It builds properly, but a lot of work needs to be done cleaning
it up before it can be merged into the wireless driver tree.
