Documentation/trace/tracepoints.txt states that the naming scheme for tracepoints is "subsys_event" to avoid collisions. Rename the 'diagnose' tracepoint to 's390_diagnose'. Reported-by: NPeter Oberparleiter <oberpar@linux.vnet.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: NMartin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>

To be able to analyse problems in regard to hypervisor overhead add a tracepoing for diagnose calls. It reports the number of the diagnose issued, e.g. sshd-1385 [002] .... 42.701431: diagnose: nr=0x9c <idle>-0 [001] ..s. 43.587528: diagnose: nr=0x9c Signed-off-by: NMartin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>

Remove the 31 bit support in order to reduce maintenance cost and effectively remove dead code. Since a couple of years there is no distribution left that comes with a 31 bit kernel. The 31 bit kernel also has been broken since more than a year before anybody noticed. In addition I added a removal warning to the kernel shown at ipl for 5 minutes: a960062e ("s390: add 31 bit warning message") which let everybody know about the plan to remove 31 bit code. We didn't get any response. Given that the last 31 bit only machine was introduced in 1999 let's remove the code. Anybody with 31 bit user space code can still use the compat mode. Currently the diag10() function can only release one page. For exploiters that have to call diag10 on a contiguous memory region this is suboptimal. This patch replaces the diag10() function with diag10_range() that is able to release multiple pages. In addition to that the new function now allows to release memory with addresses higher than 2047 MiB. This was due to a restriction of the diagnose implementation under z/VM prior to release 5.2. There are several s390 diagnose calls, which must be executed below the 2GB memory boundary. In order to enforce this, those diagnoses must be compiled into the kernel. Currently diag 14 can be called within the vmur kernel module from addresses above 2GB. This leads to specification exceptions. This patch moves diag10, diag14 and diag210 into the new diag.c file.
