Boards used to specify zreladdr in their Makefile.boot with
zreladdr-y := x, so conflicting zreladdrs were silently overwritten.
This patch changes this to zreladdr-y += x, so that we end
up with multiple words in zreladdr in such a case. We can
detect this later and complain if necessary.

This patch adds the basic infrastructure for the Nomadik 8815
CPU and the "Nomadik Hardware Kit" NHK8815. This patch only
includes the serial console and core stuff, no drivers.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
