Change header guards named "ASM_X86__*" to "_ASM_X86_*" since: a. the double underscore is ugly and pointless. b. no leading underscore violates namespace constraints. Signed-off-by: NH. Peter Anvin <hpa@zytor.com>

This patch is the result of an automatic script that consolidates the format of all the headers in include/asm-x86/. The format: 1. No leading underscore. Names with leading underscores are reserved. 2. Pathname components are separated by two underscores. So we can distinguish between mm_types.h and mm/types.h. 3. Everything except letters and numbers are turned into single underscores. Signed-off-by: NVegard Nossum <vegard.nossum@gmail.com>

When compilers became generally better at optimizing code than humans, the register keyword became mostly useless. For the floppy driver it certainly is since it's so slow compared to the rest of the system that optimizing access to a single variable or two isn't going to make any real difference So let's just leave it to the compiler - it'll do a better job anyway. This patch does away with a few register keywords in the x86 floppy driver. Signed-off-by: NJesper Juhl <jesper.juhl@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: NIngo Molnar <mingo@elte.hu>

Same file, except for whitespace, comment formatting and: 32-bit: if((unsigned int) addr >= (unsigned int) high_memory) 64-bit: if((unsigned long) addr >= (unsigned long) high_memory) where the latter can be used safely for both. Signed-off-by: NThomas Gleixner <tglx@linutronix.de> Conflicts: include/asm-x86/floppy_32.h include/asm-x86/floppy_64.h
