The register layout of the PSC devices differ between MPC5121 and
MPC5125, but the registers are named nearly identical and their purpose
is similar enough ("freescale identical") such that substituting
mpc52xx_psc by mpc5125_psc is nearly enough to make the driver work on
MPC5125. To keep supporting MPC5121 this patch introduces a cpp
macro to select the right struct that defines the register layout.

Work around a silicon bug in the ac97 reset functionality of the
mpc5200(b).  The implementation of the ac97 "cold" reset is flawed.
If the sync and output lines are high when reset is asserted the
attached ac97 device may go into test mode.  Avoid this by
reconfiguring the psc to gpio mode and generating the reset manually.

From MPC5200B User's Manual:
"Some AC97 devices goes to a test mode, if the Sync line is high
during the Res line is low (reset phase). To avoid this behavior the
Sync line must be also forced to zero during the reset phase. To do
that, the pin muxing should switch to GPIO mode and the GPIO control
register should be used to control the output lines."

MPC5121 has 12 PSC devices. Enable UART support for all of
them by defining the number of max. PSCs depending on
selection of PPC_MPC512x platform support.

Followed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of places

To build arch/powerpc without including asm-ppc/ we need these files
in asm-powerpc/

Moved some headers under arch/powerpc/platforms if they were only used by
platform or driver files and fixed up the source file includes to match
the new locations

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
