Define some helper functions to access the MMIO regions. We use these
in follow-on patches to read/write VAS hardware registers. They are
also used to later issue 'paste' instructions to submit requests to
the NX hardware engines.

Implement vas_init() and vas_exit() functions for a new VAS module.
This VAS module is essentially a library for other device drivers
and kernel users of the NX coprocessors like NX-842 and NX-GZIP.
In the future this will be extended to add support for user space
to access the NX coprocessors.

VAS is currently only supported with 64K page size.

This patch adds an option to use XZ compression for the kernel image.

Currently this is only enabled for 64-bit Book3S targets, which is
roughly equivalent to the platforms that use the kernel's zImage
wrapper, and that have been tested.

The bulk of the 32-bit platforms and 64-bit BookE use uboot images,
which relies on uboot implementing XZ. In future we can enable XZ
support for those targets once someone has tested it.

This patch adds tracepoints throughout the cxl driver, which can provide
insight into:

- Context lifetimes
- Commands sent to the PSL and AFU and their completion status
- Segment and page table misses and their resolution
- PSL and AFU interrupts
- slbia calls from the powerpc copro_fault code

These tracepoints are mostly intended to aid in debugging (particularly
for new AFU designs), and may be useful standalone or in conjunction
with hardware traces collected by the PSL (read out via the trace
interface in debugfs) and AFUs.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
