For the basic SCSI infrastructure files that are exporting symbols but not modules themselves, add in the basic export.h header file to allow the exports. Signed-off-by: NPaul Gortmaker <paul.gortmaker@windriver.com>

These were getting module.h implicitly from device.h but we want to clean that up, so we fix it here to avoid things like: pci/slot.c: In function ‘pci_hp_create_module_link’: pci/slot.c:383: error: ‘module_kset’ undeclared (first use in this function) Similarly, rpadlpar_core.c is modular, so add module.h to its includes. These files were getting the defines for EXPORT_SYMBOL because device.h was including module.h. But we are going to put an end to that. So add the proper export.h include now. Signed-off-by: NPaul Gortmaker <paul.gortmaker@windriver.com>

This file was getting <linux/module.h> via an implicit include path, but we want to crush those out of existence since they cost time during compiles of processing thousands of lines of headers for no reason. Give it the lightweight header that just contains the EXPORT_SYMBOL infrastructure. Signed-off-by: NPaul Gortmaker <paul.gortmaker@windriver.com>

Since the inclusion of module.h is one of them, the inclusion comes after use of EXPORT_SYMBOL which will cause warnings about implicit declarations. Relocate all the headers to the top. Always failing to register I2C buses when the line testing fails is a little harsh. While such a failure is definitely a bug in the driver that exposes the affected I2C bus, things may still work fine if the missing initialization steps are done later, before the I2C bus is used. So it seems a better debugging tool to just report the test failure by default. I introduce bit_test=2 if anyone really misses the original behavior of bit_test=1.
