Char: moxa, little cleanup

Cleanup of
- whitespace
- macros
- useless casts
- return (sth); -> return sth;
- types
- superfluous parenthesis and braces
- init tmp directly in moxa_get_serial_info
- commented defunct code
- commented prototypes
- MOXA/moxa printk case
