Merge tag 'backlight-for-linus-4.11' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/lee/backlight

Pull backlight updates from Lee Jones:
 "Core Frameworks:
   - Add Daniel Thompson as co-maintainer

  Fix-ups:
   - Improve error handling; adp5520_bl
