timer: Fix lock inversion between hrtimer_bases.lock and scheduler locks
clockevents_increase_min_delta() calls printk() from under hrtimer_bases.lock. That causes lock inversion on scheduler locks because printk() can call into the scheduler. Lockdep puts it as: ====================================================== [ INFO: possible circular locking dependency detected ] 3.15.0-rc8-06195-g939f04be #2 Not tainted
