ARM: mx27_3ds: Add camera support

mx27_3ds has an OV2640 camera connected on i2c0.

Add support for it.

Tested through the following Gstreamer pipeline:

gst-launch -v v4l2src device=/dev/video0 ! video/x-raw-yuv,width=320,height=240,framerate=25/1 ! ffmpegcolorspace ! fbdevsink
