io_uring: remove io_uring_add_to_prev() trace event

commit 0069fc6b1cf28de3a3890ed7c87a5b8ab79ca528 upstream.

This internal logic was killed with the conversion to io-wq, so we no
longer have a need for this particular trace. Kill it.
