This commit fixes a number of minor style issues in the job details
sidebar - spacing, font weights, button sizes, and font sizes.

Sometimes due to a slow request to load the version check image, the
placeholder image data was still being seen, resulting in this failure:

    expected "data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==" to end with "/version-check-url"

Now we check the `data-src` attribute, which allows us to remove the
`:js` metadata.

This commit also removes a redundant test, which was just ensuring that
the selector we were already using in the other test is visible. If this
test were failing, the other one would always fail too, so it was
pointless.

All of these methods are stateless, there was no point to have them as
instance methods.

Mostly this allows us to remove an `allow_any_instance_of` usage.

When this spec is run in a certain order, there appeared to be a timing
issue with opening the "Merge when pipeline succeeds" drop-down menu. We
now explicitly wait for any pending requests to complete before clicking
the drop-down.

Continues the iteration on the project overview UI:

- moved star, fork and new clone button
(copy SSH/HTTPS URLs) to top right,
  made them smaller
- avatar is now larger (64px)
- 'Request access' is now a link instead
  of a button
- overview comes before the description +
  changed styling and added icons
- description font-size is now 16px (large-paragraph)
- quick links to files are moved downwards
  below the commit/pipeline info
- margins changed to group content into
  4 groups to clean up the interface
- visibility info reduced to icon-only and
  moved to the right of the title

- Updates tests / applies patterns per MR feedback

Renders mode changed and renamed file merge request diff
viewers on the frontend.

This reverts commit 427c1e72, reversing
changes made to 5aac64a7.

- Adjusts behavior to cover conditional trigger variable values

- Trigger variable values are now conditionally displayed based on user role

Subgroups are not supported in mySQL. I changed Namespace#root_ancestor
to return from self_and_ancestors as a bugfix.

So it seems like on mySQL we accidentally returned the parent group :

Project#root_namespace is used only by shared_runners_limit_namespace
and all the tests for shared_runner_minutes_on_root_namespace are only
enabled on `:nested_groups`

`when :shared_runner_minutes_on_root_namespace is enabled', :nested_groups`

We very clearly state in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/group/subgroups/ that `
Nested groups are only supported when you use PostgreSQL`, so I think I
will fix forward and add `:nested_groups` to the two failing feature
specs.
