Removing the URL manipulation functions added to 'common_utils.js' in favor of the functions that already existed in 'url_utility.js'. Refactoring 'removeParams' function in 'url_utility.js' to allow url to be passed and to preserve the original host and/or path provided in the url.

Updating OAuthRememberMe to use new common utility functions when manipulating query parameters on OAuth buttons. This ensures the 'remember_me' parameter is safely added and removed when other query parameters are present.

Replacing inline JS with ES 2015 functions included in pages/sessions/new. Also applying suggested server-side syntax improvements to OmniAuthCallbacksController.

Adds `newDate` helper to copy date object without keeping reference.
Adds negative length support in `getTimeframeWindowFrom` to go
back in time.

**Why?**
We need a component that can expand / collapse a list of avatars for
approval rules table.

These are data columns that store runtime configuration
of build needed to execute it on runner and within pipeline.

The definition of this data is that once used, and when no longer
needed (due to retry capability) they can be freely removed.

They use `jsonb` on PostgreSQL, and `text` on MySQL (due to lacking
support for json datatype on old enough version).

**Why?**
It is significantly easier to manage the visibility of the modal in
Vuex. The module contains the state and mutations to manage this.
The component wraps GlModal and syncs the visibility with the module.

Currently, we have markdown files in many places (e.g. comments, new
issues, etc.). This Merge Request detects if the file being edited is a
markdown file and adds markdown buttons and their functionality to the
single file editor (Not the web IDE)

**Why?**
- This is needed to add buttons to the callout

Discussion filters will be hidden on Commits, Pipelines, and
Changes tabs on merge requests page.

This does not affect its behavior on issues page

The diff notes automatically focus on mount, and when using the index
(as opposed to line_code) for the v-bind:key, the comment form gets
unnecessarily remounted, and therefore refocused.
