Now we apply syntax highlighting to the whole old and new files.
This basically help us to highlight adequately multiline content.

Prior, any of the specified IDs could have been hijacked by a table of
contents header, breaking the tab functionality. For example, a `##
Notes` header would get the id `notes` and prevent the Discussion tab
from being activated.

Closes #3908

Previous title would only show the group name, which could be confusing.

This commit generalizes the image upload via drag and drop so it supports all files.
It also adds access control for these files.

Make the following changes to deal with new behavior in Rails 4.1.2:

* Use nested resources to avoid slashes in arguments to path helpers.

Create merge request submit view now uses the same form layout as creating an issue.
The commits view now uses the same layout as the project commits view
The commits and diffs are now in separate tabs, as used in the merge request view

Enable Markdown previews when creating and editing issues, merge
requests, and milestones, and when editing notes.
