Documentation: asciidoc sources are utf-8

git-pack-redundant documentation was encoded in latin1, which caused
asciidoc to barf, which expected to see utf-8.  Run tcs to re-encode
it in utf-8.

Also just for fun try my name in Japanese in git-lost+found
documentation ;-)
