db_bench_tool.cc: fix copy - paste (#8553)

Summary:
PR https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/issues/8519 fix db_bench_tool.cc for MSVC build errors by simply copy-paste, this PR fix the copy-paste while also works for MSVC.
