Format back to 2 spaces for now, merging back from Activiti 5 is really an issue with spacing differences

- improved the test for StartTimerEvent with End Date.

 - endDate should not be used in the calculation of the dueDate
 - some JUnit tests added (compatibility tests for the old configuration, endDate tests for StartEvent timer)
 - bug fixes: the job dueDate was wrongly calculated so the repeat interval was not respected in some cases.

 - Fixed an issues related to Intermediate Events (does nto trigger on endDate)
