This tracks whether properties/events have been marked yet, and avoids marking them multiple times. Fixes a recursion issue where marking a property or event can cause marking of attributes which may cause marking of the same property/event. Removes the `AlreadyMarked` assert because https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/pull/84620 propagates the `Kind` from methods to properties - so it can look as if a property is being marked from a descriptor the first time it is encountered.

The compiler-generated code for `Container<T>` in this testcase contains two closure types, one for each lambda in the expression `(Func<T, T> x) => v => x(v);`. The outer closure environment type is instantiated by its cctor, which stores an instance into a static field. It is never directly instantiated from another type - instead, the cctor is triggered when the cctor of `Container<T>` access this static field. This case was missing from the compiler-generated type parameter mapping logic. We need to discover the substituted generic typeref for the outer closure environment from the `ldsfld`.

Types annotated with `InlineArray` need to preserve all of their fields, even if otherwise this would not be the case. It's possible to have a struct with `LayoutKind.Auto` and with `InlineArray` - trimmer would normally trim fields on such struct. This leads to corruption since the field is never accessed directly. This changes the marking to preserve all fields on a type with `InlineArray` attribute just like we would for explicit layout struct and similar other types. Adds tests to cover both the explicit usage of `InlineArray` attribute as well as the compiler generate usage via collection literals. Co-authored-by: NSven Boemer <sbomer@gmail.com>

- Make `BundleExtractToSpecificPath` and `BundleAndRun` tests use built test asset project (`HelloWorld`) - The `BundleExtractToSpecificPath` tests explicitly include `mockcoreclr` so that it will have native binaries to bundle - Remove redundant `BundleAndRun.TestWith*Paths*` tests - These were running a self-contained (not bundled) application by invoking it using relative / absolute paths, which does not seem particularly useful. There was no difference in how they bundled the application or ran the bundled application. - Move codesign check to `BundlerConsistencyTests` - trying to separate tests targeting the `Bundler` API from tests targeting single-file activation

We want to support arbitrary `DOTNET_JitSplitFunctionSize` values for stressing the unwind fragment splitting logic, but there are limitations to the smallest size that can be split. Thus, we can exceed a specified minimum. Loosen an assert that the last fragment be less than the specified split size, since it might exceed that minimum, e.g., by being a large epilog. Leave the assert specifying the hard requirement of maximum fragment size.

Works around #89346. We blocked event pipe completely in shared libraries in #90811 but: * Elinor found out the shutdown problem is actually Windows specific, so blocking Linux (our most important target) is unnecessary. * We can avoid the hang at the cost of corrupting the ongoing event pipe session by just not doing the shutdown. This can be worked around by simply stopping the event pipe session at dotnet-trace side manually. I validated the shared library scenario no longer hangs at shutdown with this. #89346 still tracks if we can do better here.
