Misc: JMH benchmark for Log4j2 vs QuestDb Log. Good news QuestDb Log is 20x faster and absolutely zero GC
NET: work in progress regarding text file upload, working to test slow/interrupted uploads
Misc: added Os.currentTimeNanos() implementation only for linux for now, will add other OS soon
Misc: commented out legacy test that is failing intermittently. I am rewriting this part of code completely and will focus on new code and tests working consistently

NET: LineProtoSender can now be bound to a specific interface. It also receives IP addresses as int in order to offload dealing with address parsing errors somewhere else.
STD: available() method is made available only on SP- and SC- sequences. available() is new to SPSequence and allows bulk publishing and enables higher queue throughput
STD: Worker can have CPU affinity now
ALL: Changed version to 3.1.0-SNAPSHOT. This release will break (refactor) network APIs.

bugfix: writer pool race condition between get() and close() could produce NPE.
