modules: clarify CONFIG_MODULE_COMPRESS help, suggest 'N'.

Andreas turned this option on, only to find out Debian (and Ubuntu!)
don't enable support in their kmod builds.

Shorten the text, and suggest N at the bottom (at least for now).
