autofs: update mount control expire desription with AUTOFS_EXP_FORCED

Describe AUTOFS_EXP_FORCED in addition to AUTOFS_EXP_IMMEDIATE in the
description of the AUTOFS_DEV_IOCTL_EXPIRE_CMD ioctl.
