Warning and review notes fixes.

WITH_WINRT -> ENABLE_WINRT_MODE;
Some temporary char* replaced with Ptr<char>;
Build fix for regular WIN32;
Windows Platform SDK and MSVC search added to cmake;
Warinig fixes.
