PARSER

* SELECT pg_class FROM pg_class generates strange error
* Alter TABLE ADD COLUMN does not honor DEFAULT, add CONSTRAINT
* -Creating index of TIMESTAMP & RELTIME fails, or rename to DATETIME (Thomas)
