LS1C selfboot feature have been rewiritten, and we changed
bare boot base to 0x80000000 to better utilize memory.

1、添加自引导特性，添加配置选项
2、修复cpuport.c的bug
3、修复ls1c_pin.c不能默认复用的bug

1、uart驱动重写，采用uart驱动框架

将龙芯1c库中的gpio接口重新封装为RTT统一标准的pin接口

1. Change the type of cmd to 'int';
2. Remove RT_LWIP_USING_RT_MEM macro;

浮点经常会用到，所以默认使用硬浮点。

把栈从4字节改为8字节对齐（浮点需要8字节对齐）

which default value of RT_THREAD_PRIORITY_MAX is 32 not 2
