[IOTDB-5772] spark-iotdb-connnector: support scala 2.11 & 2.12 and resolve the Thrift version conflict with Spark's (#9788)

[Problems]:
- IT tests throw exceptions when compiled with Scala_2.12.
- Scala version is outdated. The default version in Spark is 2.12, while ours is also 2.12.
- Our Thrift version conflicts with Spark's.
- We do not provide a jar package of spark-iotdb-connector with dependencies.

[Resolution]:
- Rewrite IT tests using Java.
- Support both Scala 2.11 and 2.12, and distinguish them using suffixes.
- Use shade plugin to relocate the package name of Thrift.
- Publish the jar package of spark-iotdb-connector with dependencies on the official website.
