Add RunAndGetException in threadpool

Refine buffer receive

Change the behaviour of thread pool. Thread pool will ignore the
thrown exception implicitly. It is hard to debug.
Corrently, ThreadPool::Run will invoke `LOG(FATAL)` if an exception
thrown.

Add type `Reader` for `VarDesc`
