This also includes adding more type annotations.

This makes the argument list and type annotations show up in the
documentation generated by Sphinx.

This makes Sphinx happier when trying to import the file to generate
documentation.

We now include the new "Debian: DAK" in addition to the legacy
"X-Debian: DAK" field and add "Debian-Archive-Action: remove".
We also add "Debian-Source" and "Debian-Suite" fields listing
the affected source packages and suites.

It was already removed from the live config.

The redirect to a public Git hosting site hopefully tells people there
are no secrets here and there is no need to report /.git being
accessible.

It was failing after the bullseye upgrade with:

  sqlalchemy.exc.InvalidRequestError: Can't determine which FROM clause to join from, there are multiple FROMS which can join to this entity. Please use the .select_from() method to establish an explicit left side, as well as providing an explcit ON clause if not present already to help resolve the ambiguity.

There is no comparison operator between `debversion` and integers on
the Postgres side.

Also do not assume that "0" is the lowest version number as people are
too creative for that to be true.
