we found 2 issues. 1. hard to validate persisted data and 2. recalculating checksum is faster than reading from storage.

now, it will get synched when remote host is first created rather than doing that on demand. so functionality change, so re-organized where things happening.

1. filter out projects that is not supported in remote host when calculating checksum
2. wrong validation on contract

latest version of JsonRpc supports custom JsonConverter which I added for these 4 types. Checksum, SolutionId, ProjectId, DocumentId

we can add more to AggregateJsonConverter for common roslyn types.
