Merge tag 'fixes-for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/arm/arm-soc

Pull ARM SoC fixes from Olof Johansson:
 "A few more fixes for final 3.7.  Two dealing with pinmux setup on
  OMAP, and one dealing with TV output on DaVinci.  And one small
  MAINTAINER update."
