Subject: [PATCH] docs:cdiwadkar16-patch-4-19 - minor changes

Minor grammatical changes.
Changed DESCRIBE to - For example "SELECT" cannot be abbreviated as "SEL" - since DESCRIBE can actually be abbreviated to DESC in TDengine.
