added gammaInOutput options to the app and fixed them not loading on

Because there is performance penalty when serializing commands (mostly
when setting new texture-maps), we added the option to disable the
serialization.

renamed ‚updateSidebar‘ to ‚refreshSidebarObject3D‘

- a command-name can now be set by providing an additional attribute in
the history.execute() function. This name is then displayed as the
description in Sidebar.History .

- Resulting issues: #29, #30
- Player behaviour where the player stops when a command is executed,
undone or redone removed.

Dragging a parent as a child of a child breaks things though :(
