# Custom instance-level project templates

GitLab 管理员可以配置所有自定义项目模板的来源组.

如果用户有权访问组命名空间下的每个项目，则它们将对用户可用. 例如：

*   组中的公共项目将对每个登录用户可用.
*   仅当用户是项目成员时，私有项目才可用.

复制到每个新项目的存储库和数据库信息与使用[GitLab 的项目导入/导出导出](../project/settings/import_export.html)的数据相同.

## Configuring[](#configuring "Permalink")

GitLab 管理员可以通过以下方式配置一个 GitLab 组作为整个 GitLab 实例的模板源：

2.  Expanding **自定义项目模板**.
3.  选择要使用的组.
4.  Pressing **保存更改**.
