      iwlegacy: move some i/o helpers out of inline · 17d4eca6

      This save us about 20k of text size, and should have no impact on
performance as hot paths do not use much I/O.

      mac80211: pass vif param to conf_tx() callback · 8a3a3c85

      tx params should be configured per interface.
add ieee80211_vif param to the conf_tx callback,
and change all the drivers that use this callback.

      iwlegacy: remove recover from statistics · ecaee0ff

      Recover from statistics code was added during 6xxx devices development,
I don't think is needed on old devices. Also it is suspicious to cause
random, unreproducible microcode errors and hangs. So remove it.
