stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.164 commit 6b21077146c533404078204c0e90fd2a0c0bab8d category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I7T7G4 Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=6b21077146c533404078204c0e90fd2a0c0bab8d -------------------------------- [ Upstream commit 1198d231 ] Currently, these options cause the following libkmod error: libkmod: ERROR ../libkmod/libkmod-config.c:489 kcmdline_parse_result: \ Ignoring bad option on kernel command line while parsing module \ name: 'ivrs_xxxx[XX:XX' Fix by introducing a new parameter format for these options and throw a warning for the deprecated format. Users are still allowed to omit the PCI Segment if zero. Adding a Link: to the reason why we're modding the syntax parsing in the driver and not in libkmod.
