Subject: [PATCH] sh: Account for INITIAL_JIFFIES when using jiffies
 clocksource.

In the case where we fall back on the generic jiffies clocksource,
INITIAL_JIFFIES needs to be accounted for so that printk times aren't
completely skewed.
