dt-bindings: PCI: ti,j721e: Add endpoint mode dt-bindings for TI's AM64 SoC

Add endpoint mode dt-bindings for TI's AM64 SoC. This is the same IP
used in J7200, however AM64 is a non-coherent architecture.
