Replace testling with tape-run

Replace testling, used by `npm test`, with tape-run, an alternative tape
test runner that defaults to Electron. testling frequently seems to
leave zombie processes around, and is currently abandoned.

Fix tests

Fix failing tests. The assertion for all four of these tests is no
longer valid. While still copies, the copies themselves are quite
different from the original nodes and can no longer be compared with
`deepEqual`.
