In summary, we transform the problem of matrix factorization into an optimization problem with the variational principle of singular values. Specifically, this is achieved through the following four steps:\n", "\n", "- Prepare an orthonormal basis $\\{|\\psi_j\\rangle\\}$, one can take the computational basis $\\{ |000\\rangle, |001\\rangle,\\cdots |111\\rangle\\}$ (this is in the case of 3 qubits)\n", "- Prepare two parameterized quantum neural networks $U(\\theta)$ and $V(\\phi)$ to learn left/right singular vectors
